I've got to admit-lately I am finding it more and more difficult to find the time to go to the grocery store.
I'm sure there are many out there who can relate. We are all Super Women-holding down a full time job during the day, and continuing with a full time job at home with our families at night. How often do we find ourselves on the way home after a hectic day and realize that there is NOTHING planned for dinner. Nothing has been defrosted and you sure don't feel like stopping at the store because, face it, that's where everyone else is because THEY didn't have a dinner plan. Plan B-Pizza? Drive Thru?
Increasing in popularity are the Home meal delivery programs. For a reasonable fee, all of the ingredients for 3-4 dinners per week are delivered to your door. You still have to cook-but everything is measured out, and clear instructions are included. It's a very nice way to try something that you might not have tried to cook in the past. You learn some new culinary skills, and get new ideas. And you didn't have to stop at the store on your way home.
I've discovered 2 that I really like-Blue Apron, and Home Chef.
The subscription is flexible, so you are free to skip deliveries if nothing looks good on upcoming menus. I will skip back and forth depending on what is on the menu that week. You do have to be sure to check every week and make changes the week before a delivery is scheduled. You can schedule in advance. Of the 2, I have found Home Chef to have a little more variety and more selections to choose from.
Bon Appetit!

There is no denying it-this is probably the biggest seller's market we have seen in quite a while. Analysts anticipate that things will be looking this way for at least another year, possibly
